Rolling Stock

Mining Equipment is now an established name in the new rolling stock field.  For the last five years they have been custom building rolling stock for high profile projects in countries from North America to Asia.  The purchase of C.S. Card and the associated library of Moran Engineering allowed this development to take place. Since then, Mining Equipment has been able to provide their customers with new, custom built rolling stock for tunnels and mines around the world.

Recently, Mining Equipment hired Mr. Eric Bier, a mechanical engineer, from the railroad industry. Previously Bier designed cars for standard railroads. Now he is designing new rolling stock for underground use and redesigning C.S. Card and Moran drawings to fit into custom applications. His involvement at Mining Equipment will help insure your equipment runs smoothly and safely.
